It doesn't matter if you are running your first event or your hundredth event, Best Coast Pairings Tournament Organizer makes your event run smoother and faster, giving you more time to focus on your attendees. Registering attendees to your event becomes effortless and smooth, no more paper sign-ups or handwritten names. Attendees sign up for your event via the Tournament Organizer App or through a custom web page generated by BCP for your event. Best Coast Pairings will even provide the tools to sell tickets to your event with proceeds going right into the account of your choice.

Pairing Slips and Rosters taped to the wall are a thing of the past! Players' pairings, results, and placings are posted on the web or in the Best Coast Pairings Player App giving unparalleled visibility. Once you start the event players can view their pairings, find their table and get to playing right away. Push notifications and a built-in round timer let attendees know the round is live and the time remaining. When the round is completed players can enter scores via the Player App or the TO App quickly and accurately removing or lessening the need for a dedicated scorekeeper. When all the scores are in, all the TO has to do is tap to start the next round!

Complete control over your event Each game system is preconfigured to follow the path described by the manufacturer for each given game to make it fast and easy to create and run the event. BCP TO gives you next-level functionality and control over your event. Create singles events or teams, select standard scoring or add optional soft scores. Simply and easily swap pairings, drop players, add players, reset rounds, change pairings or placings metrics and more before or after your event is created.
